1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our domain https://avgova.com, mobile-responsive web applications, learning management systems (LMS), offline campus lab facilities, or enrolling in any of our technical certification tracks, internship bootcamps, or corporate training workshops, you ("Student", "User", "Learner") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

2. Educational Services & Certification Programs

Avgova Solutions provides instructor-led, online, hybrid, and offline technology education programs in domains including Artificial Intelligence, Full Stack Web Development, Data Science, VLSI System Design, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity. Course completion certificates are issued upon fulfilling academic requirements, capstone project submissions, and maintaining a minimum 80% attendance threshold.

3. Student Registration & Account Security

When creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, dashboard passwords, and certificate verification keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Course Fees, Payment Gateway & Strict No-Refund Policy

• Pricing & Billing: Course tuition and program fees are clearly specified during checkout. All payments processed via official integrated gateways (Cashfree / Razorpay) include statutory taxes.
• Installment Plans: If opting for monthly installment payment schedules, students must pay all installments on or before the due date to maintain active LMS access.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Avgova Solutions maintains a strict No Refund Policy on all courses, programs, and certifications. Once the student completes payment, they are immediately granted full access to proprietary course materials, curriculum assets, LMS modules, recorded lectures, software toolkits, and instructor-allocated batch slots. Because complete digital and intellectual access is unlocked instantly upon registration, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or transfers are possible under any circumstances.

5. Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property

All proprietary courseware, source code repositories, video lectures, assignments, and branding logos published on Avgova Solutions are protected by intellectual property laws. Students are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, or uploading course materials to public repositories without prior written consent from Avgova Solutions.

6. Internship & Placement Mentoring Policy

Internship placements and interview preparation services are rendered based on student performance, project evaluation, and attendance. While Avgova Solutions provides dedicated placement support, resume optimization, and recruitment connections with tech partners, employment offers remain subject to corporate hiring assessments.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with Avgova Solutions services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
