Cancellation & Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy Notice Avgova Solutions maintains a strict No-Refund Policy across all technical training programs, live online bootcamps, offline classroom labs, internship programs, and professional certification tracks. By registering, making a partial payment, or completing full tuition payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

1. Scope & Applicability

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all students, applicants, corporate trainees, and institutional partners who purchase or enroll in any educational service, technical program, course track, or internship offered by Avgova Solutions ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") through our official portal https://avgova.com, payment links, integrated gateways (Cashfree / Razorpay), or direct institutional invoicing.

2. Rationale: Immediate Digital Provisioning & Intellectual Property

Our programs involve proprietary curriculum assets, digital delivery architectures, cloud computing labs, and limited seat quotas. Once enrollment payment is processed, our system automatically and immediately triggers the following:

• Instant Digital Access: Full activation and access to proprietary LMS learning portals, day-wise curriculum modules, courseware, code repositories, assignments, and architectural guides.
• Classroom & Mentor Reservation: Fixed cohort allocation and reservation of instructor time, industry practitioner mentoring hours, and live session seats.
• Cloud & Lab Infrastructure: Allocation of cloud server instances, developer sandbox environments, and licensing credentials.

Because complete digital and intellectual access to our proprietary courseware and administrative infrastructure is unlocked immediately upon transaction approval, returns, cancellations, or reversals of fees are strictly impossible.

3. Course Enrolments & Internship Applications

• Certification Courses: No refunds shall be issued regardless of course completion status, attendance percentage, or lack of participation. Inability to attend live sessions does not constitute grounds for a refund, as all class recordings and materials remain accessible to the student.
• Internship Bootcamps & Placement Tracks: Application fees, enrollment processing charges, and internship mentorship fees are fully non-refundable once allocated.
• No Transfers to Other Persons: Course enrollments, LMS accounts, and certificates are strictly personal and non-transferable to any other individual or entity.

4. Installment Plans & Deferred Payments

Students opting for split or installment payment plans enter into a binding contractual commitment to settle the full tuition fee for the selected program. Discontinuing attendance midway or deciding not to complete the coursework does not relieve the student of their obligation to clear remaining scheduled installments. Defaulting on installment commitments may result in immediate suspension of LMS access, revocation of credentials, and administrative hold on certificates.

5. Technical Glitches & Duplicate Payments

The sole exception to this policy is in the event of an authentic technical error resulting in a duplicate or multiple charge for the exact same registration on our payment gateway:

• Verification: If a student's card/account was charged multiple times for a single order ID, the student must notify our accounts team within 48 hours of the transaction by emailing info@avgova.com with both transaction reference IDs and bank proof.
• Resolution: Upon verification with Cashfree / Razorpay, the duplicate excess transaction amount will be refunded directly to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Batch Rescheduling & Cohort Deferrals

While financial refunds are not permitted, Avgova Solutions acknowledges that unavoidable emergencies may occur. At the sole discretion of our academic admissions board, a student facing verifiable medical or personal emergencies may request a one-time deferral to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort batch of the identical program, provided a written formal request is submitted prior to the commencement of the second training module.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal claim with your bank or credit card provider contrary to this agreed policy shall be deemed a breach of agreement. In such cases, Avgova Solutions reserves the right to immediately terminate LMS account access, cancel pending certifications, and submit formal proof of digital delivery and policy acceptance to banking authorities.
